Ethiopia is known as the cradle of coffee, and it is believed to be the country from which coffee originated. Through many years of experience and deep traditions, farmers have
perfected their cultivation methods, and the result is an extremely exquisite coffee. The beans in this coffee come from small family farms in Yirgacheffe region in Ethiopia, where they grow coffee on steep slopes at 1800-2300 meters altitude. The height allows the coffee to mature slowly, thus developing a refined and complex flavour.
